One day at a time...

I'm sorry I haven't been as good about posting lately...things are a little busy around here. This is my weigh-in from last week...I am down 21 pounds!! I feel so good! I have quite a ways to go still, but I am enjoying the journey!
I just want to say that I started this journey by keeping track of "points"(Weight Watchers), but for over a month now I have changed to just trying to eat as "clean" as I can. I do NOT keep track of calories or points at all anymore. It is so nice! I just eat healthy things and I am STILL losing weight and I honestly believe I am losing lots of inches (I really need to measure myself again.) which don't always reflect on the scale. I workout 6 days a week and really push myself. I LOVE working out though and getting completely sweaty! haha! I feel so proud that I accomplish what I have set in my mind to do and sometimes surprise myself by doing more than I thought I could. 
A few weeks ago I tried to wear some pants I used to wear, but I couldn't get them on, and I'll be honest, it made me cry. I thought..."these should fit again by now." Well, this week I nervously thought I would try again and GUESS WHAT? They FIT!!! I am so excited! The SCALE doesn't always reflect all the hard work...but there are always a million other ways to tell what we are doing is WORKING!
We will be out of town a lot once school gets out...I'm nervous because that has always messed me up in the past when trying to be healthy, but this time I will not let it be an excuse. I will keep going and I will keep getting the results I am after. I will try to keep up on here too, I know it helps keep me accountable. WE CAN DO THIS...NO EXCUSES! :)
YES...NOT IF, BUT WHEN!!! Everyday is a day closer! WE CAN DO THIS, WE WILL DO THIS!
And...here's a little funny for the week...life is better when you are laughing! Try something new...try a new food, new workout, or maybe something you used to do, but haven't done in a while....haha!
(I really did...with my daughter! Funny how our bodies change...haha! Monkey Bars aren't the same for me anymore either...LOL) Have a great week guys! :)

Weigh-In Day!

Whoop! Whoop! A little over 2 more pounds lost this week which brings my total to 19 pounds! I am SO close to having 20 pounds GONE! YAY!

I believe this is completely true!
I hope you guys have an awesome week! I'll try to post more later this week. But I wanted to update my weigh-in for the week! WE CAN DO THIS! KEEP GOING!
